Wrapped Up In Ribbons

This past weekend flew by, in part because we spent all day Saturday at my office's Wrapped Up In Ribbons auction fundraiser event. It is our largest fundraiser of the year - the entire event raises over $100,000! It always means a very long day though, complete with very tired feet. All for an excellent cause though, and that always makes it worth it.

One highlight was that my friend Sara was there. We have been coworkers for a while now, but she and her husband are moving to Texas soon, so she has taken a sabbatical until they move. She is one of the most inspiring and compassionate people I know. I will really miss her, but I know she has so many new and exciting experiences awaiting her in Texas!
