Little Green Inchworm

A few weeks ago we took a trip to Saxapahaw, NC to visit the mill there that was refurbished into amazing condos and apartments by the Jordan family. It was an amazing blend of the old and the new. They have created such a neat community feel. Every Saturday morning boasts a farmer's market and live local music by the river. If we were in a different stage of life (pre-kids...or maybe post-kids...) I'd move there in a heartbeat. Dreams, only dreams.

While we were there we had a picnic by the river and found a little green inchworm. Salem wasn't sure what to think of it...

We had a great time and I can't wait to go back to visit when we have more time to look around and enjoy the beauty of the river and meet some more of the interesting people there.
